    Commercial Investment Fund

    The following documents are required for the application process:

    • Auditor's report: A financial report from the previous year prepared by an authorized auditor.
    • License and partner supplement: A copy of the company's license and partner supplement (applicable for industrial and commercial businesses).
    • Copy of residence: A copy of the applicant's residence document.
    • Bank statement: A bank statement for the company covering the last three months.
    • VAT Return: A tax invoice or tax record for the previous year, specifically related to Value Added Tax (VAT) return.

    The fee for a 10-Year Golden Visa is 10,000 AED for a real estate visa and 5,000 AED for other categories. This payment is required as part of the visa application process.

    Real Estate Investor

    To apply for a ten-year renewable residency visa, the criteria require owning a property valued at AED 2,000,000 or more at the time of purchase. This significant investment in the UAE property market ensures eligibility for the long-term residency visa.
